CANAL CAFE DECAF

Inspired by the ride, roasted by the river.

Our Canal Cafe Decaf was inspired by a pause along the Canal.  The unhurried towpath walks, the slow bike rides, the moment you stop to take a break and enjoy the view.

THE COFFEE

Lemon, chocolate and spice with bright acidity and a clean aftertaste.  Roasted to a medium-dark profile for great depth and a lively finish.  All the flavour, any time of the day.

THE CRAFT

These Mexican beans are decaffeinated using the Mountain Water Process using pure glacial water, not chemicals, to gently remove caffeine whole preserving the beans natural character.  Grown at high altitude in a tropical climate, the result is a clean sweet and complex decaf.
